About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Arrange domestic and complex international travel, including hotels and ground transportation.
  • Maintain manager's calendar and process expense statements.
  • Plan worldwide meetings, employee celebrations, and support office logistics.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, employee mailing lists, and organizational charts.
  • Support Polish, Czech, and Hungarian offices and order recognition awards.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma (Associate's degree preferred), 5 years experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and SAP, and excellent English skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong relationship-building, excellent verbal and written communication, quick adaptation to new systems, analytical and problem-solving skills, effective team collaboration, initiative, and strong time management.
