Overview
The Quality Improvement Coordinator RN – Neuro Administration at Texas Health Resources is responsible for enhancing patient care quality through process improvement, data analysis and collaborative healthcare initiatives. This role works collaboratively with Texas Health Plano and Texas Health Resources corporate team, particularly in a comprehensive stroke program environment.

Requirements
Candidates must have an Associate Degree in Nursing (required) with a BSN or Master’s in a health field preferred. Minimum 3 years of acute care clinical nursing experience and at least 1 year in healthcare quality/performance improvement are necessary. Stroke experience, strong Excel skills, and RN licensure are required, with CPHQ certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for sepsis and patient population initiatives
- Conduct concurrent review of medical records
- Develop collaborative partnerships with physicians, staff, and peers
- Oversee patient care follow up and communication of review findings
- Analyze data and drive opportunities for care improvement
- Maintain databases and produce benchmarking reports
- Participate in the development of best practices
