Overview

Join Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) as a CISO Staff Services Officer in Austin, TX. This role supports the CISO Leadership Team and approximately 60 staff with administrative, technical program assistance and coordination of multiple projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel, conference rooms, and detailed administrative tasks.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute high quality documents and reports.
  • Track project milestones, assess risks, and report on progress.
  • Assist with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the Austin office 3 days a week, with telework options and up to 60% travel as needed.
