Tewtor is building a STEM tutoring platform designed to help high school and college students actually understand math and science step by step instead of copying answers. The product is live and working. The technical side is strong. Students are using it and the early feedback is encouraging. We are early, which means there is room to shape everything.
Role Description
We are looking for a Founding Growth Cofounder to own distribution from zero. This is not a traditional marketing job. There is no salary at this stage. This is an equity role with real ownership and autonomy. You will be responsible for designing and executing the growth engine for Tewtor.
That could include:
- Running acquisition experiments
- Testing referral systems
- Campus or community expansion
- Content that actually converts
- Retention and activation loops
- Finding the wedge user and doubling down
We care about results and learning velocity, not hours worked. You can be remote. You can set your own schedule. What matters is forward motion.

Compensation
- 10% equity
- 4 year vesting with one year cliff
- Full cofounder level ownership of growth
