How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Support implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and system administration for laboratory systems including Empower, UV-Vis, GCMS, etc.
  • Coordinate IT services with local, regional, and global resources.
  • Collaborate with laboratory business, IT colleagues, and stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform day-to-day system administration, maintenance, and monitor operational tasks in compliance with CSV standards.
  • Provide end-user support in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment and assist with SDLC tasks.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years as a validation analyst or in data integrity remediation activities in regulated pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, and SDLC (Agile or Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with GLP, GCP, or GMP environments is required.
