The Opportunity
The Digital Strategies Team Member is a key contributor in the IT R&D Digital Strategies team. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technology capabilities, focusing on data governance, digital enablement, and adoption of innovative solutions.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Gather business requirements and design effective digital solutions.
- Define best practices for app development in an agile environment.
- Create a reusable cookbook for unit-specific app builds.
- Challenge business paradigms with new app design concepts.
- Define KPIs and track value realization.
- Prioritize requirements and coordinate sprints with scrum methodology.
- Leverage digital tools like Microsoft 365 suite (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate) and AI platforms.
- Ensure effective deployment, adoption, and maintenance of platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with R&D Stakeholders (SHMs), Digital Leads, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to translate strategic needs into actionable digital solutions and ensure platform usability and adoption.
Within The Scope Of Responsibilities
- Drive implementations and continuous digital improvements across R&D.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and agile sprint methodologies.
- Maintain digital assets like dashboards, SharePoint sites, and automation workflows.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training for digital literacy.
- Participate in strategic planning for new digital initiatives.
Your Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years as a business analyst managing multiple projects.
- Experience with digital offerings such as Power Platform, RPA, and ML/AI.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Planisware, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data governance and data integrity principles.
