About the Job

Testlio is seeking an Account Director to drive new business in a remote role for candidates in the Benelux region. You will join Testlio’s Growth team, selling software services and technical products to senior technology leaders and running your book of business like a founder.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through smart outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior leaders.
  • Act as the CEO of your region with autonomy over revenue growth.

What You Need to Succeed

Technical Skills: Proven quota achievement in selling SaaS, technology services or consulting solutions with strong prospecting and negotiation abilities for six-figure+ deals.

Human Skills: Self-starter with grit, exceptional relationship-building, resilience, collaborative mindset, and a growth orientation.
