About the Role: Senior Performance Manager at TestaViva

Are you ready to own our paid setup and drive measurable growth with full performance responsibility? TestaViva is seeking a Senior Performance Manager who can take overall responsibility for our paid marketing and ensure our advertising generates real, documented growth. You will set the direction, prioritize budgets, and maximize the effect of our investments. You will be a key profile in the marketing team, with direct influence on pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

Who We Are

TestaViva is a legal tech company with a clear mission: to make it easy for Danes to manage legal documents. We collaborate with some of Denmark's largest banks and pension companies, and marketing plays a central role in our growth strategy. We are 75+ colleagues based at Havneholmen in Copenhagen, working closely across marketing, sales, tech, and product.

Your Responsibilities: Paid Performance - Strategy, Direction, and Results

You will have overall responsibility for:

  • Google Ads (Search & Display)
  • YouTube Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Microsoft/Bing Ads

We work with an external agency for Google Ads, Display, YouTube, and Bing, but you will own the performance responsibility. This means you will:

  • Set the strategic direction
  • Prioritize and allocate budgets
  • Define testing and optimization strategies
  • Challenge and qualify the agency's work
  • Ensure we work commercially and data-driven
  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations for management

You will be measured on key metrics including:

  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • CPL (Cost Per Lead)
  • Conversion Rate
  • Cost per booked meeting
  • Contribution to pipeline and revenue

Tracking & Performance Understanding

While you won't manage the entire CRM setup, you must have a strong understanding of tracking and attribution. This means you will:

  • Understand conversion tracking and attribution models
  • Be able to validate tracking from click to lead
  • Identify data breaches or inconsistencies
  • Ensure paid-data aligns with what we see in HubSpot

Performance must be based on reliable data.

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience with paid advertising.
  • You have documented results with Google Ads and Meta.
  • You have experience from an agency – preferably within the YMYL (Your Money Your Life) segment.
  • You understand tracking and attribution in practice.
  • You think commercially and connect performance to real business value.
  • You thrive with responsibility and naturally take ownership.

It is an advantage if you have an interest in AI, automation, or new performance tools – but it is not a requirement.
