Business Analyst - Hotel & Vacation Rental Domain
Test Yantra is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel or vacation rental industry and possess the ability to analyze and interpret complex data relationships. This role requires excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with a focus on providing solutions for migration issues within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage in-depth PMS functional knowledge (e.g., Oracle Opera) to analyze business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret relationships and hierarchies within data.
- Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to support findings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and resolve migration issues.
- Contribute to an Agile work environment, participating in team ceremonies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Hotel or Vacation Rental domain.
- In-depth functional knowledge of PMS, with Oracle Opera being a strong preference.
- Knowledge of Maxxton / Laura PMS is a plus.
- Ability to interpret relationships and hierarchies in data.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies is desirable.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and provide solutions for migration issues.
