IT Trainer at TESRECO
Tesreco, Indore's premier IT mentorship center, seeks passionate IT Trainers to deliver hands-on training that bridges fresh graduates to top tech careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive sessions on core technologies (Java, MERN Stack, DevOps, AI/ML, Python) across 3-6-12 month programs.
- Provide 1:1 mentorship, live project guidance, and doubt-clearing for 100% placement success.
- Design application-based curriculum with real-world projects, interview prep, and personality development modules.
- Evaluate student progress, build portfolios, and maintain 90%+ placement rates with Fortune 500/product companies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years industry experience in relevant tech stack; proven training/mentoring track record preferred.
- Strong communication with ability to simplify complex concepts for engineering freshers.
- Familiarity with Indian IT hiring trends, placement processes, and tools like Git, AWS, Docker.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT; certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.) advantageous.
