Overview

As a Tesla Advisor, Sales, you are at the forefront of the mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to customers from showroom visit through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage walk-in guests in a welcoming environment.
  • Educate prospective customers about Tesla's innovative products.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with test drives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across the entire sales cycle.
  • Achieve monthly sales and delivery goals while meeting KPIs.
  • Keep updated on Tesla’s products, EV trends, and local incentives.
  • Perform additional tasks including direct home deliveries when needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Passion for sustainable energy and Tesla's mission.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license; applicable state licenses as required.
