Overview
Tesla is seeking a Responsible Sourcing Supply Chain Internship for Summer 2026. This full-time, on-site internship requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks starting May 2026. It is designed for students currently enrolled in an academic program. International students must ensure they can work 40 hours per week on-site.
About the Role
Join Tesla’s Responsible Sourcing team and drive positive social impact throughout the global battery supply chain. As an intern, you will contribute to programs protecting workers, engaging stakeholders, and increasing transparency from raw materials to finished products.
What You'll Do
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers for human rights and social risks
- Support development and implementation of corrective action plans
- Build tools to track supplier performance on key metrics
- Collaborate directly with supply chain partners
- Support global initiatives in human rights and responsible sourcing
What You'll Bring
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, or related field
- Interest in sustainability and human rights
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- [Preferred] Experience with data analysis, database management, or advanced Excel
Compensation and Benefits
