About the Cybersecurity Engineer Role
Do you want to play a key role in safeguarding cutting-edge technologies in an increasingly complex digital landscape? At Terma Group, you will work alongside a team of skilled professionals to design, implement, and evolve security solutions that protect mission-critical systems in defense and aerospace.
Your Role in Our Team
As our new Cybersecurity Engineer, you will anchor cyber resilience across projects at various stages of the product lifecycle, from proposal and development to maintenance and decommissioning. You will join an energetic and innovative team within our Department of Cyber & Quantum Technology under R&D, collaborating with sales, product management, systems, hardware, and software engineering teams.

Required Expertise & Experience
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science with Cybersecurity or a related field. You are fluent in English, familiar with cybersecurity concepts across network, system, and application security, and experienced in security testing across hardware, software, and communication systems. Proficiency in JAVA, Python, C++ in a Linux environment is essential, along with familiarity with embedded or defense systems.
