Position Summary

The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily shift security operations of Bank of America Stadium. They supervise security specialists and officers, manage physical security systems, and ensure guest, staff, and property safety via adherence to strict security protocols and effective incident response.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers across all shifts.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure officers execute post orders.
• Monitor and manage physical security systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and perimeter protection.
• Perform regular inspections of doors, gates, locks, and other physical barriers.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, breaches, or alarms.
• Handle real-time emergency responses, including security breaches and safety incidents.
• Maintain compliance with venue security protocols, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections of security posts, equipment, and systems.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of security equipment.
• Develop and deliver training for security staff.
• Collaborate with venue operations, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on incidents, staffing, and system performance.
• Assist in planning and implementing security strategies for events and high-traffic periods.
• Support credentialing and access control for events, contractors, and deliveries.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in physical security.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or equivalent experience, along with 4+ years of experience in physical security, facilities protection, or people management. Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems is required.

Essential Functions

• Extended periods of standing and facility walking, including stairs.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays for events and 24-hour operations.
