Project Manager, AI Enablement & Training
Client: Big 4 Consulting Firm Experience Level: 3–5 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a structured, AI coaching program. This initiative gives individuals dedicated 15-minute sessions to work through live workflows in real time, guided by AI Coaches every step of the way. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of the program — from pilot launch through scaled rollout across multiple offices and Lines of Service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Program Planning & Timeline Management: Develop and manage comprehensive pilot and scale-up timelines; build detailed project plans accounting for dependencies and risks; and proactively identify blockers to keep the program on track.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all logistical elements across offices, including room reservations, scheduling, and virtual session setup; manage scheduling across multiple time zones; and maintain an organized tracking system.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact across all involved teams; partner with L&D, People Tech, Space Team, and local office leadership; and prepare clear program updates for leadership.
- Intake Tracking & AI Champion Matching: Oversee the end-to-end intake process for teams; manage the matching of participating teams with appropriate AI Coaches; and troubleshoot scheduling or matching issues.
- Materials, Communications & Surveys: Ensure all program materials are distributed ahead of sessions; coordinate pre- and post-session communications; and manage the collection of participant surveys.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Consolidate post-session feedback and metrics into actionable summaries; track participation rates and trends to inform improvements; and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Qualifications
Required:- 3+ years of project management or program coordination experience, ideally in a corporate, professional services, or learning and development environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups and office locations simultaneously.
- Strong ability to build and manage timelines, track dependencies, and maintain clear communications.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms).
- Experience managing pilot programs or phased rollouts in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently as a contractor with minimal oversight.
- Experience supporting learning programs, workshops, or facilitated team sessions.
- Experience working within an L&D, People, or Talent function.
- Familiarity with intake and tracking processes for program or event registration.
