Where You'll Come In
We are seeking a Financial Services domain expert who partners closely with Sales to elevate customer confidence, shape technical solutions, and guide early delivery for complex engagements. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery oversight with an emphasis on FinServ/FinTech expertise and compliance knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement (40%): Join sales calls, advise on industry challenges, and help shape deal strategy.
- Solution Shaping & Architecture (30%): Lead technical roadmapping and translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions.
- Delivery Oversight & Early Engagement (20%): Provide delivery oversight ensuring solutions align with customer expectations.
- Thought Leadership & Enablement (10%): Contribute to thought leadership, document best practices, and share FinServ insights.
What We’re Looking For
Significant experience in Financial Services or FinTech, strong compliance and regulatory knowledge, ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and robust technical acumen.
Nice to Have
Relevant cloud, platform, or systems experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications) and a background as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Program Leader in FinServ environments.
