What the job really is
Position Description:
We are seeking a Front-End Designer & Developer to own how our website looks, feels, and converts, and to bring that same design craft to the campaigns, collateral, and creative our Marketing Team puts in front of the construction industry every day. This position is responsible for writing real front-end code: clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript inside our WordPress and Elementor environment. The person in this position will also work at a high level in Adobe Creative Cloud to support production of the graphics, ads, collateral, and campaign assets the Marketing Team relies on. The ideal candidate can build a landing page in the morning and design a tradeshow graphic in the afternoon, and do both well. The person in this role will partner closely with our Web Platform Engineer, who owns the technical health, security, and infrastructure of the site, while staying focused on design and front-end craft. If you like shipping fast, measuring what works, and using modern tools (including AI) to do more and better work, we want to see your portfolio.
