About the Role: AI Strategist

As a Tenex AI Strategist, you will serve as the crucial link between our clients' aspirations and the achievement of concrete, measurable outcomes. You will collaborate directly with executives and operators to identify inefficiencies, uncover high-impact opportunities, and translate business challenges into practical, AI-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will span diagnostic assessments, product sprints, and hands-on implementation, ensuring that AI transitions from concept to daily operational use, delivering impact within weeks rather than months.

What You’ll Do:

• AI Strategy Audits: Lead diagnostic engagements lasting 2-4 weeks to map workflows, quantify issues, identify data assets, and pinpoint the highest-ROI AI opportunities. Produce executive-level assessments that prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort, complete with a clear, phased execution roadmap.
• Product & Strategy Sprints: Design and facilitate focused sprints for ambiguous problems, integrating customer discovery, data analysis, product strategy, rapid prototyping, and implementation planning. Drive decision-making within weeks.
• Workflow Automation & AI Build: Collaborate closely with Forward-Deployed Engineers to design and implement automated and AI-driven workflows utilizing off-the-shelf SaaS tools, low-code platforms, and Tenex's proprietary capabilities.
• Change Management & Enablement: Lead training and enablement initiatives to integrate prototypes into daily workflows. Monitor adoption, refine user experiences, and cultivate internal champions to ensure sustained long-term impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage directly with C-suite executives, business leaders, and end-users to maintain alignment, proactively identify risks, and ensure measurable value creation throughout each engagement.
• Thought Leadership: Distill field experiences into scalable playbooks, contribute to Tenex Labs, and represent Tenex externally through content creation and speaking engagements, solidifying our reputation as a premier AI transformation partner.
