About the Implementation Manager Role at Tenacy
As an Implementation Manager at Tenacy, you will be crucial in integrating our SaaS solution, which is revolutionizing cyber risk management. Your primary mission is to guide clients through platform adoption, configuration, and successful use. You will engage with C-levels and cybersecurity experts, managing client deployments and actively improving our onboarding processes for efficiency, predictability, and scalability. Your role is central to the success of our client projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end onboarding of new clients, securing key stages like framing, planning, and coordination of deployments up to client run phase and transition to Customer Success teams.
- Support clients in achieving their use cases by integrating existing systems and effectively transposing them into the Tenacy platform.
- Structure and enhance our onboarding methodologies to make deployments more predictable, efficient, and reproducible.
- Formalize best practices, documentation, and necessary standards to facilitate team work and scalability.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure better qualification and estimation of projects.

Who You Are
You bring at least 8 years of experience in managing large account client onboarding projects within complex SaaS environments. Your experience demonstrates:
- A strong capacity for framing (rigorous and methodical).
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Ability to handle unforeseen challenges: pragmatic problem-solving in chaotic environments, eager to learn by "building".
- Strong affinity for complex products.
- Good adaptability in a constantly evolving context.
- Ability to challenge practices based on business stakes.
Languages
- Fluent in French, both written and oral.
- Comfortable leading work meetings in English.
- Spanish is a plus.
Work Arrangement
This position is open to full remote work with regular visits to our Lyon offices (approximately twice a month).
