Territory Sales Manager
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager will prioritize sales efforts with both end user and distributor customers to drive positive sales growth within the assigned territory.
You will oversee and provide product familiarization and education to end user safety professionals and distributors across all Ergodyne product categories to ensure a positive user experience. As the primary sales representative for the region, you will lead and participate in multi-functional team efforts while effectively communicating all portions of the business.
Key responsibilities include problem-solving utilizing provided products and tools, traveling to prospective client sites (65% travel), managing relationships with new and existing customers, and executing the full sales process from introduction through closing deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years Field Selling experience
- Proficiency in Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred: Familiarity with CRM Systems and QSSP Certification
