About the Position
The Clinical Research Coordinator at Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology works under direct supervision of the Director, CRORA and Clinical Investigators. This role supports ongoing clinical research projects by preparing IRB submissions, recruiting and enrolling participants, and collecting study data using Good Clinical Practice techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and enrollment of research participants
- Prepare, submit and maintain IRB paperwork and regulatory binders
- Screen, track, and enroll patients in active clinical trials
- Obtain informed consents and schedule study visits
- Collect, enter, and manage study data in databases (e.g., OnCore)
- Perform Epic research billing review and basic clinical assessments
- Interact with study sponsors, faculty, and staff
- Assist with grant or manuscript preparation and support multiple active protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least three years of related experience in clinical research or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A strong interest in clinical research is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in a health-related field is preferred.

Additional Information
This is an onsite position on the Health Science Campus with potential for hybrid work depending on study-specific needs. A background check and Child Abuse Certifications are required before starting.
