Overview

Join Temper as a Business Development Manager and drive our growth in Amsterdam. You will be actively engaging in cold acquisition via telephone, email, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.

Your Role

You will contact potential customers, build relationships, manage the full sales cycle for premium business and enterprise clients, and update your progress using the Salesforce CRM. You will collaborate with a team of 7 members to brainstorm new outbound ideas and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new potentials via cold acquisition, email and social media
  • Build client relationships and guide leads during sales cycle
  • Manage full sales cycle with premium and enterprise clients
  • Update outreach results in Salesforce CRM
  • Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly results with your manager

Qualifications & What We Offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
  • A go-getter attitude with proactive market engagement
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Preferred: 1+ year in BDR/SDR or Account Executive roles
