Role Overview
The Associate/Senior Associate in the Singapore Market will work with the SGM team to build strategic partnerships with the Government and other stakeholders. The role involves supporting stakeholder engagement platforms, analyzing public policies, and coordinating internal strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map key policy stakeholders relevant to Temasek’s projects
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and build strategic relationships
- Plan, organize and manage stakeholder engagement platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and assess public policies affecting Temasek and its ecosystem
- Support formulation and execution of strategic policy plans
- Facilitate internal and external meetings
Requirements
- Degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in government relations or public policy
- Experience in strategy within government or corporate environments is advantageous
- Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across sectors
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
