About the Role

Join the TELUS Fibre Networks team and contribute to our New Growth Markets (NGM) initiatives. As a Senior Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex implementation projects, collaborating across business units and managing key stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Own new NGM premises delivery.
  • Track and move projects through milestones.
  • Manage relationships for partner vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Review business escalations and improve customer services.
  • Analyze data, create reports, and lead process innovations.

Qualifications

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-5 years in project management or leading cross functional teams is required. Experience with large scale projects, ambiguous requirements, and stakeholder management is essential.

Great-to-haves

  • PMP designation preferred.
  • Agile project management experience in Scrum/Kanban environments.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, DOMO, FieldGlass, SAP, SpatialNet, and CircuitVision.
