About the Role
Join the TELUS Fibre Networks team and contribute to our New Growth Markets (NGM) initiatives. As a Senior Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex implementation projects, collaborating across business units and managing key stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Own new NGM premises delivery.
- Track and move projects through milestones.
- Manage relationships for partner vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Review business escalations and improve customer services.
- Analyze data, create reports, and lead process innovations.
Qualifications
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-5 years in project management or leading cross functional teams is required. Experience with large scale projects, ambiguous requirements, and stakeholder management is essential.
Great-to-haves
- PMP designation preferred.
- Agile project management experience in Scrum/Kanban environments.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, DOMO, FieldGlass, SAP, SpatialNet, and CircuitVision.
