Overview
The Senior Product Manager - Reporting & Analytics at TELUS plays a central role in driving profitable growth within the Small & Medium Business segment. You will help optimize customer lifetime value through strategic campaign performance insights and effective data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create data dashboards to analyze complex campaign performance data.
- Develop and adapt reporting frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with BI and stakeholder teams for actionable customer insights.
- Set targets for customer intensification and monitor risks in real time.
- Support the Domo to Looker Studio migration and manage cross-functional projects.
- Conduct adhoc analysis and simplify complex data into clear presentations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Looker Studio or Domo.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform raw data into insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships across teams.
- Adept at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- At least 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or data analysis.
