Overview

The Senior Product Manager - Reporting & Analytics at TELUS plays a central role in driving profitable growth within the Small & Medium Business segment. You will help optimize customer lifetime value through strategic campaign performance insights and effective data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create data dashboards to analyze complex campaign performance data.
  • Develop and adapt reporting frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with BI and stakeholder teams for actionable customer insights.
  • Set targets for customer intensification and monitor risks in real time.
  • Support the Domo to Looker Studio migration and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Conduct adhoc analysis and simplify complex data into clear presentations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Looker Studio or Domo.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform raw data into insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships across teams.
  • Adept at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or data analysis.
