Overview
Join TELUS Digital as a Software Delivery Manager at the heart of a major TELUS transformation program. In this role, you will lead software development projects ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance, serve as a representative for the development team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development projects throughout all phases.
- Represent the software development team to external parties.
- Communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate empathy and provide effective leadership.
- Develop and execute a vision for the team.
- Negotiate with external parties for favorable outcomes.
- Ensure team commitments are met with strong operational skills.

Required Skills and Experience
- 1+ years as a Software Delivery Manager.
- Proven IT Project Management experience and project planning skills.
- Experience in leading IT projects across various domains including Infrastructure, Transformation, and Application Development.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices environments (AWS preferred, GCP/Azure).
- Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets, analytical tools, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical, consulting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining project documents and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years TELUS Digital experience and 1 year in current role.
- Completion of TELUS Digital Central America | People Leader Fundamentals course.
