Responsibilities

  • Manage software development projects from planning to execution
  • Represent the development team to stakeholders, customers, and external parties
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts
  • Provide empathetic leadership and inspire the team to meet goals
  • Develop a clear vision and make sound decisions for team success
  • Negotiate with external parties to secure favorable outcomes
  • Ensure follow-up on commitments with team members and partners

Required Skills

  • Experience as a Software Delivery Manager (1+ year)
  • Proven IT Project Management and planning skills
  • Experienced in leading IT projects across multiple phases
  • Familiarity with Microservices on GCP, AWS (preferred), or Azure
  • Proficient with Google Spreadsheets and data modeling tools
  • Strong analytical, consulting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to produce and maintain project documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years as a TELUS Digital employee and recent leadership training
