Overview

As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist at TELUS Digital, you will lead end-to-end platform implementations, covering instance setup, module configuration, integration design, and optimization for ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, brand, configure, and customize ServiceNow instances.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow modules and best practices.
  • Deliver training and provide ongoing support to clients and teams.
  • Design customer-facing portals and service catalogs.
  • Configure ServiceNow Discovery and optimize Event Management.
  • Implement integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Translate business needs into technical ServiceNow specifications.
  • Participate in UAT, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • Extensive experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
  • Strong skills in customization, scripting, and workflow design.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps and GRC modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an advantage.
