About the Role: Product Manager AI at TELUS Digital
As a Product Manager AI at TELUS Digital, you will be instrumental in defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with overarching business objectives. You will lead or contribute to cross-functional collaboration efforts, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional AI products. A key aspect of your role will involve conducting thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to pinpoint opportunities for growth and innovation within the AI domain. You will prioritize product initiatives, meticulously balancing customer needs, market trends, and available resources.
Tracking product performance using key metrics like adoption and Net Promoter Score (NPS) will be essential, driving continuous iteration based on insights and feedback. You are expected to write clear, concise product requirements and user stories, ensuring seamless alignment with development teams. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide team members, fostering their development and ensuring stakeholder alignment across projects. Managing trade-offs between short-term and long-term objectives to optimize for timely delivery and technical excellence is also a crucial part of this position.
What You Bring:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in product management related roles or founder-level experience in building highly technical or developer-facing SaaS products.
- Proven experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A keen eye for great products and the ability to influence business decisions using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
- A track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and launching impactful products.
- A Computer Science, Math, or Engineering degree from a premier institute.
- Experience building Enterprise B2B products or games is a plus.
