Job Overview
This part-time, long-term freelance opportunity with TELUS Digital offers a role as an Online Data Analyst. You will contribute to enhancing digital maps used globally, working remotely from your home in the United States. No prior professional experience is required, but you must pass an assessment process.
Responsibilities
- Enhance content and quality of digital maps used by millions worldwide.
- Conduct online research and evaluation tasks in a web-based environment.
- Verify and compare data, determine relevance and accuracy of information.
Basic Requirements
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
- Resident in the United States for the last 2 consecutive years.
- Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the United States.
- Ability to follow guidelines and conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and website information.
- Flexibility to work across diverse task types: maps, news, audio tasks, and relevance.
- Daily access to broadband internet, computer, and relevant software.
Assessment Process
Candidates will take an open-book qualification exam to determine suitability, with provided guidelines and learning materials. ID verification is also required. The exam is time-bound but flexible to your schedule.
