Overview
TELUS Digital is inviting Ph.D. experts in the field of biology with a focus on genetics, virology, and/or microbiology to participate in an on-site research study. Participants will engage with a new AI chatbot to test its responses related to biology-driven risks in search and language models.
Study Details
The task lasts 6 hours per session, divided into an introductory hour and 5 hours of chatbot interaction, with refreshments provided. Sessions are available on multiple dates (04.16.2024, 04.18.2024, 04.19.2024, and 04.20.2024).
Location
The study is conducted on-site in Los Angeles and/or South Bay area, CA, as well as in Boston and Washington, D.C. Candidates must be able to commute to these locations.
Compensation
Participants will receive USD 600 per session.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- English proficiency
- U.S. citizenship, permanent resident, or registered refugee status (student visas not eligible)
- Ph.D. in biology (genetics, virology, and/or microbiology) with proof
- Minimum one year of wet lab experience
- At least one year of biosecurity experience in governmental or academic settings
- Successful background check
Referral Program
