The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager, AI Insights to lead a group of talented data scientists and AI engineers. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of applying AI to solve real business problems, a passion for bringing people and ideas together, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of AI and data professionals. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. Balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
- Technology & Innovation: Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, LLMs, and cloud technologies. Identify and evaluate emerging tools and practices to keep the team ahead of the curve. Drive innovation while ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability.
- Business Impact: Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions. Deliver projects that create measurable value, such as customer experience improvements, operational efficiencies, or revenue growth. Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, ethical, and impactful.
- Communication & Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way. Build strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment and adoption of AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading data science or AI/ML teams, with proven team management and mentoring success.
- Demonstrated success in applying AI/ML to deliver real-world, production-level business solutions.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to bring energy and team spirit to everyday work.
