Job Overview

TELUS Digital is seeking experienced Machine Translation Post Editors Spanish to assist in the development of AI technologies by reviewing and modifying machine-translated text from English to Spanish.

Task Description

The role is divided into two key phases:

  • Post-Editing Phase: Review machine-translated conversations sentence by sentence, correcting inaccuracies, improving grammar and syntax, and rephrasing awkward constructions to ensure natural flow.
  • Quality Evaluation Phase: Evaluate the overall quality of the post-edited content to ensure fluency, coherence, and native-level quality.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish (US) and English (US)
  • Experience in Machine Translation or Localization
  • CAT tool proficiency

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the health tech industry
  • Advanced degree in translation or a related field
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus

Compensation & Workload

This role offers a compensation of $0.2 USD per word with a workload of approximately 4 hours per day (20 hours per week). Payments are made via Hyperwallet through our AI Community Manager platform.
