Position Summary

The Learning & Development Specialist - Morocco is responsible for implementing and delivering leadership development programs designed to enhance team skills and increase leadership capability. Reporting to the Country Prime and collaborating with the Functional Lead for Leadership Development, this role involves needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of both existing and new programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage and facilitate global learning programs.
  • Drive high levels of participation in leadership development initiatives.
  • Implement quality, relevant, and business-focused learning through various training methods.
  • Encourage intellectual dialogue using expert facilitation skills.
