Are you looking for a simple way to enter the fast-growing world of Artificial Intelligence? At TELUS Digital, we are looking for Content Labelers to join our global community. You don't need a specialized technical degree or previous AI experience to start. Your job is to help AI "see" and "understand" the world by sorting and tagging information. You are the teacher providing the basic lessons that make AI smart and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Sorting: Read short pieces of text and put them into categories so the AI learns how to organize information.
- Simple Tagging: Look at images or text and add "tags" (like labels) to describe what is happening.
- Basic Fact-Checking: Verify that the names, dates, or simple facts provided by the AI match the information found in real-world sources.
- Instruction Following: Check if the AI followed simple rules provided in a "playbook" or set of guidelines.
Qualification Path:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field with labelling knowledge.
- Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language. You need to understand the natural way people communicate in your country.
- English Proficiency: Basic (B1) English so you can read our project instructions and guidelines.
- Detail-Oriented: You are someone who can follow steps carefully and stay focused while reviewing data.
Assessment:
In order to be hired into our community, you’ll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.
Payment:
Currently, pay rates for experts range from $10 - $20 USD per hour. Our Payment terms are defined for each project.
