Team and Impact

Be a key member of the Customer Transformation Team, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to simplify processes and enhance investment impact. Your analysis will streamline product portfolios and operational models from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, operations, and tech teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Develop process maps, workflow documentation, and customer journeys.
  • Perform data analysis and create actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive change management initiatives.
  • Support implementation of new systems ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop executive-level presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
  • Expertise in MS and Google Workspace with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid Chart) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Great-to-Haves

  • Industry experience in agriculture, consumer goods, or food supply chain.
  • Business Analysis/Process Improvement and Project Management certifications.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and tools like JIRA.
