As we accelerate our growth, we're looking for a commercially sharp Senior Account Executive to drive revenue and own the full sales cycle — from qualified opportunity all the way to signed contract.

Your Mission as a Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by converting qualified opportunities into signed contracts. You will own the full sales cycle — from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close — while maintaining disciplined forecasting and strategic account management.

This isn't a standard AE role. As a fast-growing scale-up, we operate in a complex, fast-moving environment where no deal is the same. You'll engage directly with senior decision-makers, lead value-driven commercial discussions, and work cross-functionally with Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to land and expand strategic accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Revenue Ownership: Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory or segment; Manage sales cycles from qualified opportunity to contract signature; Build and execute account strategies for target customers; Maintain high win-rate discipline and margin awareness.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct structured discovery and qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar); Engage senior decision-makers and economic buyers; Lead product presentations, value workshops, and commercial discussions; Build compelling business cases aligned to customer objectives; Manage negotiation and contract alignment.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Develop, maintain, and report sales pipeline using Salesforce; Ensure accurate stage progression and forecast reliability; Participate in weekly deal reviews and risk mitigation discussions; Ensure pipeline coverage ratio supports ARR targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development to ensure high-quality opportunity handover; Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on solution delivery; Provide structured market feedback to product and leadership; Represent the company at industry events and executive meetings.

What You Bring To The Table

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years in SaaS, OSS/BSS, or complex software sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Experience selling into telecom, digital brands, fintech, IoT, or enterprise technology sectors.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills — able to structure and close complex deals.
  • Strategic selling capabilities with strong qualification and value-based selling.
  • Tech-savvy: solid understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using sales analytics, KPIs, and forecasting tools.
  • Resilient in long, complex sales cycles — commercially mature and composed under pressure.
  • A "prestigeless" personality — no one is above anyone or any task.
