Creative Coordinator at Así Studios
Así Studios, a dynamic brand studio within TelevisaUnivision, is seeking a Creative Coordinator to join our vibrant operations team. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Creative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the seamless operation of our creative services department. You'll collaborate with creative professionals, production teams, and operations to manage projects, allocate resources, and adhere to strict schedules. Your exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail are vital for the success of our creative endeavors.
Day-to-Day Activities
- RFP & Pitch Lifecycle Management: Coordinate all aspects of creative pitches and RFPs, from initiation to final delivery, meticulously tracking milestones and deadlines via centralized dashboards.
- Resource Planning and Allocation: Partner with the Executive Creative Director and Director of Production to forecast staffing requirements and maintain up-to-date resource allocation in Airtable.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and creative teams, effectively translating feedback into actionable tasks and providing consistent status updates.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Analyze current workflows, propose optimizations, and assist in implementing and maintaining systems to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address potential production bottlenecks before they impact project delivery, adeptly adjusting resources or timelines to sustain creative momentum.
- Digital Asset Management: Establish and maintain organized digital libraries for treatments, creative assets, and master files, ensuring proper version control and ease of access.
- Creative Quality Control Support: Review creative deliverables to ensure they meet completeness, brand compliance, and technical specifications prior to final approval.
- Operational Support & Synthesis: Offer comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and summarizing complex creative meetings into clear, actionable task lists for the production team. Onboard vendors and freelancers, manage expense reports for client billing, and maintain the creative vendor database with rate cards.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client calls and meetings, taking detailed notes and coordinating pre-production logistics.
- On-Set Support: Provide support during active productions when necessary.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Production, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Project/Production Coordinator within a creative or advertising environment.
- Exceptional note-taking and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of the sales/creative project management process and a commitment to meeting timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with design, creative, and production processes.
- Proficiency in project management software including Airtable, Frame.IO, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, and Keynote.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to tackling new and unexpected tasks with a strong willingness to learn.
Eligibility Requirements
- Willingness to work from our New York or Miami offices and travel as required for productions.
- Employment and education will be verified.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
