Who We’re Looking For
We seek a highly organized and proactive Business Development Associate (BDA) to support lead generation, manage client sales pipelines, and provide tailored outreach and follow-up across multiple client accounts. This role entails handling inbound and outbound sales tasks, executing structured outreach, and serving as an essential contact for early-stage client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inbox Management: Monitor inboxes (Gmail, Instantly), filter messages, and update CRM.
- Sales Pipeline Coordination: Maintain and update sales pipelines (Salesmate) and schedule next actions.
- Outreach Execution: Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and personalized email outreach.
- Client-Facing Support: Prepare for discovery calls, send intro videos, and schedule meetings.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Manage internal requests, update client reports, and log time in Clockify.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years in business development, sales, or account coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
- Experience with CRMs (Salesmate preferred) and email tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

- Works well across service-based client accounts.
- Able to balance administrative tasks with proactive outreach.
- Flexible and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with basic research and spreadsheet tasks.
Work Environment & Hours
This is a remote position with flexible scheduling. Availability during North American business hours is required for follow-ups and client calls. The role can be part-time or full-time depending on client volume.
