Technical Support Engineer - Onsite - Central London

This full-time onsite role provides technical support to a prestigious client based in Central London. As the first point of contact for customers, you will perform on-site support and triage activities including handling Desk, Wall and Floor ports; WAP ceiling ports; Equipment Room patching; Shared Printers; Audio Visual Equipment; Room Booking Tablets; and Digital Signage.

  • Escalate incidents to offsite teams when necessary.
  • Conduct daily checks, management, and monitoring of equipment.
  • Log tickets and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
  • Assist with network equipment installation and documentation.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by changing circumstances.

Person Requirements

Prior experience as an on-site IT engineer or in a busy Service Desk environment is required. Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK and meet Security Clearance vetting requirements (BPSS & SC Clearance).
