Job Description
Position Overview
The Member Outreach Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a team of Member Outreach Specialists who support Teladoc Health members and prospective members through outbound phone campaigns. These include outreach to new members for device onboarding, reconnecting existing members, and engaging eligible prospective members.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze call performance data and track results against targets.
- Provide operational improvement recommendations.
- Train and coach team members in a remote environment.
- Manage schedules and ensure policy compliance.
- Foster a positive team culture.
- Participate in ongoing development and integrate learnings.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Support special projects and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of outbound sales, member support, customer service, or call center experience.
- Ability to motivate, provide feedback, and manage KPIs remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Curiosity and progressive thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $65,000- $75,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
