Role Summary

The Communications Specialist supports Teladoc Health Canada’s corporate and healthcare provider communication strategies. The role involves crafting clear, engaging, and culturally relevant communications in both English and French, ensuring consistency with the global brand voice and internal priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Communications: Develop and execute internal communications plans, write and edit bilingual content, and maintain digital channels such as SharePoint.
• Provider Communications: Create and distribute targeted messaging for healthcare providers, manage content schedules, and oversee feedback channels.
• Brand Management: Uphold Teladoc Health Canada’s brand identity through all communications, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
• Measurement & Insights: Monitor performance metrics and feedback to refine communication strategies continuously.
• Tools & Support: Utilize digital tools like SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Maropost for content creation and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in internal or corporate communications. Bilingual (English/French) with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email automation platforms.

Work Environment
