Job Description

HR Manager - Administrative and Logistics Department

Job Description:

Responsibility for the ongoing management of the administrative and logistics staff (approx. 2500 employees) in all HR matters, including personal details, salary, and service provision to this population.

  • Manage a team of 5 HR coordinators in the administrative and logistics field.
  • Provide guidance to managers on human capital issues including employee development, labor laws, professional and salary advancements, employment contracts, departmental organizational restructuring, and more.
  • Ensure the implementation of collective agreements published by the Ministry of Health/Tel Aviv Municipality for administrative and logistics staff at the Medical Center.
  • Manage tender processes for filling positions in accordance with Tel Aviv Municipality procedures.
  • Oversee hospital-wide staff transfers and promotions.
  • Characterize and create proper, legal, and efficient work processes, collaborating with external parties when necessary.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, including conducting hearings, disciplinary discussions, and managing termination processes.
  • Participate and represent Human Resources in meetings, discussions, legal proceedings, or any forum requiring HR representation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources within large organizations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing employees.
  • Familiarity with collective agreements is an advantage.

Scope of Employment:

Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday.
