We are looking to integrate a Analista Funcional Senior to join our cash devices and payment methods team, working for a leading security company.

Role Objective

We are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst with experience in work environments involving cash machines and transactional systems. The selected individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, proposing improvements, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure the correct implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements.
• Analyze processes related to cash machine operations.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Propose improvements in systems and processes.
• Provide functional support to internal users.
• Engage in various phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, implementation.
• Model and build REST and SOAP business APIs.
• Apply API design standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Possess knowledge of business-applied APIs: monetization, use cases.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Knowledge of work environments with cash machines / ATMs / cash management systems (desirable).
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ATM and payment method applications.
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs with different technologies: REST API, SOAP, Sockets, WebSockets.
• Fluent conversational English (B2 - C1) for contact with English-speaking providers.
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and teamwork ability.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in integration projects with financial or banking systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Knowledge of security and quality regulations for payment devices.

Work Arrangement & Benefits

This is a full-time remote position (9 am to 6 pm Argentina time, Monday to Friday) with very occasional travel to Bernal, Buenos Aires Province.
