About the AI Engineer – Agentes Conversacionales & GenAI Workflows Role

At Tekton Labs, we are seeking an AI Engineer passionate about designing and implementing next-generation conversational agents and GenAI workflows. This role involves working with LLMs, RAG architectures, and innovative GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for conversational agents and GenAI flows.
• Implement pipelines for embeddings, retrieval, and orchestration with RAG.
• Develop solutions based on LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs and microservices.
• Apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization strategies.
• Evaluate response quality with tools such as RAGAS, LangSmith, or PromptFlow.
• Monitor and enhance user experience for AI agents in production.
• Document, version, and maintain high-impact AI workflows.

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ years experience in AI or NLP solutions using LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries (Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with conversational agents and frameworks like LangChain.
• Expertise in RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector stores (Pinecone, FAISS).
• Experience with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) and MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
• Intermediate to advanced technical English.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with evaluation tools like RAGAS and PromptFlow.
• Familiarity with PromptLayer, LangSmith, or similar evaluators.
• Proven initiative in experimenting with new architectures.
• Experience in leading or managing AI projects.
• Open-source contributions in GenAI projects.
