Seo Manager at TEKsystems

We are seeking an Seo Manager with extensive global, multi-brand, and multi-website experience to significantly increase organic traffic through SEO and GEO optimization across our digital properties. This is a 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion, though not guaranteed. While the core team operates in MST and EST, we are open to candidates in various time zones, maintaining a 9-5 working hour structure. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create SEO content outlines, integrating best practices and buyer personas for compelling content.
  • Optimize on-page elements and metadata to enhance web performance and indexability.
  • Report on and analyze SEO metrics to drive continuous organic traffic improvement.
  • Generate and contribute to SEO performance traffic and ranking reports to measure the effectiveness of website migrations (by country).
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and paid search teams to align SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for exponential growth through SEO experimentation.
  • Strategically identify keywords and topics, aligning them with content strategy.
  • Execute backlink migration and 301 redirect planning for various websites.
  • Create monthly country-specific SEO reports.
  • Optimize for mobile experiences and adapt web journeys based on current trends.
  • Strengthen existing SEO content strategy by identifying gaps.
  • Conduct thorough competitor research to uncover keyword gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Collect, analyze, and report key SEO metrics, traffic, rankings, and other KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of SEO experience with expert proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.
  • 7+ years of in-house SEO experience for a global company.
  • 5+ years of SEO experience optimizing content within a Content Management System across multiple geographies.
  • A proven track record of growing rankings, traffic, and/or revenue via SEO tactics.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate recommendations and collaborate effectively.
  • Extensive experience managing numerous cross-functional content strategy projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying site improvements.
  • Proficiency in GA4, GTM, VWO, and Lightspeed.

Work Arrangement and Benefits

This is a fully remote contract position with an hourly pay range of $80.00 - $100.00. Eligible temporary benefits may include medical, dental & vision, 401(k), life insurance, short and long-term disability, HSA, transportation benefits, EAP, and time off/leave.
