Security Compliance Analyst

Role Overview

The Security Compliance Analyst at TEKsystems is a Cloud Security GRC Analyst/Engineer engaged in strategic Cloud Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance programs. You will support cross-functional teams, shape security frameworks, ensure regulatory alignment, and enhance the cloud security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead significant cloud security and GRC programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize deliverables.
• Design, implement, and assess cloud security controls and frameworks.
• Conduct deep-dive assessments to identify security gaps.
• Document compliance, manage policy impacts, and support risk assessments.
• Develop detailed program and project plans in cross-functional teams.
• Establish best practices and standardized tools within GRC domains.
• Communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-7 years hands on experience in cloud security and GRC.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS services like EC2 and S3.
• Experience in security compliance, GRC, and threat hunting.
• Familiarity with security tooling and technical implementation via ticketing systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts.

Job Details

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 3 days on-site per week)

Contract Duration: 10 months

Working Hours: 40 hours/week
