Job Summary
TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Healthcare Business Analyst for a part-time consulting role. This position is focused on developing requirements and documentation for a significant healthcare project. This contract runs from March to August 2026, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
- Map current-state to future-state workflows to optimize processes.
- Conduct thorough market research to inform project direction.
- Draft key performance indicators (KPIs) and content for Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Support project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through.
- Contribute actively to the implementation planning phases of the project.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale healthcare solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience with IT systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience on enterprise-level projects.
Preferred: Lean, Agile, Business Analyst (BA), Project Management (PM), or ITIL certifications; Master’s degree.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position, requiring a hybrid work arrangement, based out of Albany, NY.
Pay And Benefits
The pay rate for this position ranges from $40.00 to $90.00 per hour.
