About the Role: Entry Level Operations Associate

This Entry Level Operations Associate position at TEKsystems offers an immediate start as a Financial Customer Service Representative. It presents a compelling opportunity to contribute to one of the leading investor response firms in the area. You will play a crucial role in providing essential support and information to registered shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.
• Educate shareholders thoroughly on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals, and available voting options.
• Proactively track and monitor outstanding issues, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate updates.
• Maintain precise records by logging all pertinent information into the Access Database.
• Actively assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure a consistent and proper narrative is communicated to shareholders.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (email), are a must.

Shift, Pay & Equipment

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM. Overtime on Saturday is offered from 10 AM - 4 PM (Saturday will be fully remote).

PAY RATE: $18/HR, Overtime Rate: $27/HR. The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

EQUIPMENT: You must have your own equipment for this position, which requires a computer with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac OS 13 or higher.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. This is a fully onsite position in New York, NY.
