Job Description

The Digital Channel Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing TEKsystems' digital presence and ensuring seamless customer and employee experiences across digital channels such as websites, mobile apps, online banking systems, and other digital applications. This role collaborates with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, Operations, and various teams to execute and optimize digital strategies aligned with business goals.

This corporate position may be located in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, WY, or TX. Specific rates apply for WA applicants and a hybrid arrangement exists in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital channel strategies.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.
  • Support technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital platforms.
  • Coordinate changes with operational staff and document procedural changes.
  • Lead technical teams in researching and resolving digital channel issues.
  • Conduct reviews and support compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, IT, or related field along with 5 years of relevant experience in business application administration, digital channel management, or software product management. Familiarity with digital banking products, online/mobile banking, and banking industry regulations is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range between $96,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year with eligibility for annual short-term and long-term incentive bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k)/Roth, insurance, and paid time off.
